I'm loving sightseeing Rome. There's so much to see and the weather has been good.

Rome is a special place. I was there decades ago and i still have vivid memories of it

Has an issue with my booking.
They cancelled my room after I got here :mad:
They did eventually give me another room, which was better.
But that's no way to treat your customers :fist:

Mistakes can happen Ness, they rectified it, that is the main thing

As soon as I said I wanted to pay by card they canceled my booking :suspect:
After I made a big fuss they gave me another room.
I won't back at this hotel.

That happened to me once in edinburgh, I was outside the hotel booking it on line before going in, the person in front of me was booking the same room and basically the app hadnt caught up.

So I went from a dingy looking street corner hotel 1 mile outside the city centre on haymarket, to a top floor, overlooking the castle and princess street, 5 star delight.. all for 75 quid.:dance:
