My biggest issue with this move, is that some women will use this as a loophole to not do any work, and fake having Menopause.

Those things would be considered Reasonable Adjustments for those with disabilities. Of course I'm not saying that the aging process is a disability, but what they both have in common is one's biology working against them in some way.
