Tragic that this is the biggest music artist in the World today.

When we say music has gone down hill. We don't say it because we're trolling or out of touch. We say it because it's true.

Alf 11-09-2024 08:30 PM

If this is Progress from Elvis Presley or The Beatles or Elton John or Michael Jackson. Then I don't think we're progressing very well.

Those I named were also the biggest music artists of their time.

Alf 11-09-2024 08:37 PM

Where does Swift rank in terms of greatest ever female artist?

If you look at the biggest female music stars through each decades

Diana Ross
Aretha Franklin
Madonna
Mariah Carey
Britney Spears
Rihanna
And now Taylor Swift

Aretha wins vocally
Madonna wins as a performer

And those two probably come out on top in terms of best songs too. Aretha in terms of quality of song and Madonna on quantity of good songs.

Nah, it's a free choice if you want to get used to it or not. Well it is if you want to live free and not be cohersed.

I choose to love the Rolling Stones music. And no propaganda is gonna change that. I don't like Taylor Swift because I'm told that's the thing to do now. She'd have to earn it on merit for me.

Do I :joker:

I don’t take him that seriously LT or his inept fans

The reality is that Taylor is just a guest act for a Rolling Stones concert.

The Rolling Stones wouldn't guest a Taulor Swift concert.

The Rolling Stones are very generous giving these acts the push being on stage with them to advance their careers.

This is probably the highlight of Taylor's music career, singing alongside Mick Jagger with the Stones playing behind them.

That's not The Stones. That's Mick. Was Keith, Charlie and Ronnie there?

Mick is a performer, he'll always perform anywhere, even in his eighties.

Isn’t one of them dead

Sadly more than one. But yes. Charlie died a few years ago.

But he’s the lead singer of the Rolling Stones no?

Maybe do some research before trying to minimise a successful woman in future.

She doesn’t need the Rolling Stones :joker: she’s bigger

I don't need to do any research against, you. You're an under 5. I've forgot more than you know.

Bigger than the Rolling Stones? You're showing your nativity right there.

I guarantee you that Taylor Swift won't still be packing out arena's in ten years time. Never mind sixty. She'll be doing Instagram dances like Britney by that time.

Well it didn't used to cost a grand to get into a concert. It was at most £25. Not the Rolling Stones fault that nowadays, there's gullible people happy to be exploited like they are today.

Unlikely

The Rolling Stones did a concert in July. Ticket prices ranged from lows of $104 to highs of $213
