[Maitlis, who now fronts
The News Agents Podcast,
first asked Greene, 49, about the
former President's challenger Nikki Haley
before moving on to grilling
the far-right politician about her
views on Trump's legion of supporters.

'Why do so many people that support
Donald Trump love conspiracy theories
including yourself?' Maitlis asked, adding:
'He seems to attract lots of
conspiracy theorists.'

Hitting back, the US politician accused
Maitlis of being a conspiracy theorist
and claimed the media and left-wing
supporters 'spread more conspiracy theories'
than Trump's backers. 'We like the truth,
like supporting our constitutions and our
freedoms and putting America first,'
a visibly frustrated Greene said.

But in an interview later likened to
a spoof by lampooning celebrity hunter
Dennis Pennis in the 1990s,
Maitlis fired back, asking: 'What about
Jewish space lasers -
tell us about Jewish space lasers.'

Cutting her off, a divisive Greene ranted:
'We're all done now... why don't you go
talk about Jewish space lasers and
really why don't you f* off.']

I wouldn't actually be surprised if (some of) the wildfires were caused by some fatcats wanting to clear the space to make money ... but the idea gets tanked by the inclusion of Jewish Space Lasers :laugh:
