Surely this applies to any sedentary activity including desk work... And the reason will be lack of other activity, rather than the activity itself.
Its not even particularly hard ( :hehe: ) to offset stuff like this though, just take the ten minute screen break every hour and use it to chuck around some kettlebells. Then get back to the gaming. Or work or whatever. |
