Just been to Sainsbury s

Managed to get a lot of yellow stickers. :amazed:
I love a bargain.
Where do you usually do your food shopping?
I usually go to Lidl, but went to a different one this time because the bus stop near Lidl was closed

"Sainsbury's has debuted on Stonewall's annual Workplace Equality Index 2020, which ranks employers from across the public, private and third sectors on how LGBT-inclusive their workplaces are. The supermarket is the highest-ranking retailer and only grocery retailer on the list, coming in at number 71."

Normally Sainsburys, but then I go through spells of Tesco and Ocado.
Hubby likes to pop in Aldi once a fortnight or so.

Usually Waitrose,as it's close, but do all the others sometimes(Morrisons,Tesco,Sainsburys,Aldi and Lidl)depends where I am.

…Sainsbury’s is my most local and easiest to get to …but it’s also quite expensive, I think…when I look at the ‘how much you’ve saved’ thing on the screens …I always find that Tesco is a lot more, maybe even double or more what the savings are at Sainsbury’s…so I think that I probably shop a bit more at Tesco…as with Kaz, I also go to all supermarkets at times, though…not so much Asda as that’s the furthest from me and I don’t have a local Morrisons…

Go after 6 pm and you'll find a lot of discounts.

I've just been in Waitrose as I am in Surrey at the moment. Bloody hell, it's expensive in there

I have a tesco and a waitrose locally. I haven't been in Waitrose in many years. Our first choice is Ocado/M&S because the quality is fantastic.

What i have also noticed is that the price of my weekly shop has almost returned to the cost before all the inflation nonsense, which is great news

Dogeatdog 14-04-2024 01:16 PM

I mainly use Asda or Farmfoods for my shopping as they’re the cheapest. On occasion I’ll go to Morrisons as it’s the closest to me but it can be a little expensive so I’ll only go there if I’m in a rush.

The only time I ever go into Sainsbury’s nowadays is to get to Argos
