They are still together apparently and all still alive .. Talksport interviewed one of the band over the weekend and he said that Bryan Ferry rang him out of the blue last week … to put the finishing touches to a song they started writing ten years ago!!

i bought this album when it came out :laugh:

Eddie Jobson, Phil Manzanera and Brian Eno are absolute legends now in their own rights

I can't find the Bananarama Sign of the Times?

For me, ugh they're actually all great, I'm torn between Harry Styles and Roxy Music though

I saw them live a few years ago when they played in Cork, tbf I only went because my mom loves them and also a close friend of mines husband's band was supporting them :laugh: They were good though, I enjoyed it

Surprisingly, I am also going with Harry Styles.

I love that song Mock,good taste:wavey:

I mean Banarama were huge and had like 10 really big pop hits

this being perhaps their best

Yeah this , plus Sign of the Times plus Venus were fabulous

Sign of the Times is Belle Stars

I can vividly recall hearing this song for the first time on the radio and thinking wow I have to but this single, I love this!

Oh how come Bananarama is on the list then/ I spent way too long searching for it :fist: :laugh:

I have just worked out that the thread is about artists who all had a song called sign of the times

…(…technically …)…Prince is Sign O the Times…formally known as ‘of’…but then the O became formerly known as and was replaced with a…sign/symbol of the times…

:laugh2:
