Man charged with sexual assault and kidnap of girl, 9, outside Harrods
 

A man has been charged with the kidnapping of a nine-year-old girl who was ‘snatched’ from outside Harrods in London while her parents shopped.

Met Police said that Robert Prussak, 56, of no fixed address, was charged with kidnapping and two counts of sexual assault on a female under the age of 13.

where does the age 13 come into it :shrug: and like wth and why is 'snatched' in inverted commas?

…awful for the child..l’m guessing that the information is feeling a bit tentative or vague because of her age and it will be a long and specific process of trying to find out what her memory allows…but they would have needed to make the charges they were able to atm …within a time frame of charge or release, type thing….
