The 2 heads of Shropshire fire brigade services want to kill women.
 

[Two chief fire officers are under investigation
over claims they exchanged sexist and derogatory
messages about women including talking
about killing a female colleague.

Shropshire chief fire officer Simon Hardiman
and his deputy Adam Matthews are alleged
to have described women in the service as
'lazy' and 'useless' in WhatsApp exchanges
sent over more than a year.

Several of the messages - which were
leaked to ITV news - targeted Area
Manager Jan Morris, who resigned from
the service this year.]

I saw this lady interviewed last night, she left, what was unclear to me is how she got to know about the whatsapp messages sent between the two men?

My brother is a fireman in the Shropshire area,he knows the 2 people involved and has told me they are both horrible smarmy big heads, The texts to that woman were vile and they should be losing their jobs pronto. Such a shame she has left,lets hope those two get fired and a few more no doubt will follow.

I remeber you saying about someone you knew being in the fire brigade. You cant believe how happy it makes me feel to know that is how he feels about this. Its exactly how I feel.

2 absolute jokes trying to be big and clever. Sooner gone the better..but will anything happen? Well lets just hope so for now. Perhaps the union should be involved.

It was awful wasnt it.. the longer it went on the more and more msgs were revealed. The poor women having to sit their and here someone txt they wanted to kill her, well that got me so angry..

Between these two men hating women, and threatening to kill one of them, and the men that worship women to an unhealthy degree, those of us in the male species that aren't like these two camps need to be getting seriously concerned.

Hopefully these two guys will face a severe punishment.

It's their age as well...you could maybe half understand if it were 2 youthful cadets or something just letting of steam cause their mums not happy at them or something. But heck, its 2 blokes over 40 or 50, thinking they are hilarious to each other...AND THEY ARE THE TOP 2. Who decides that? Who decides they 2 get the top job when you have the honest hard working front liners like kaz's brother proud to serve under their station master knowing they are there for the same thing, lives. Lives, and not the prestige like these 2 **** knows what's

I dont think her being a woman is anything to do with it is it not just 2 work colleagues moaning about another who is a bit lazy

Bullying is everywhere, unfortunately.
I always stand up to them and have stood up for people getting bullied many times.
They don't bother me, I don't care what people think. But I hate to see people getting targeted.

…although trust is important in general with work colleagues…there are some professions were it becomes extremely paramount…and the fire service is one of those professions…trust without prejudice in the service from the public and similar trust in fellow colleagues ….if there are people who wish their colleagues harm in the way that they have and is exposed …then it’s not just about them, its the damage it does to the service as well as the female colleague involved…’wanting to kill’ anyone is not something we ever want to associate with the trust the service holds for many…
