I mean I get it if it's something like loud Music being blasted at 3AM, but Ice Cream and Pizza gatherings, really?

I don't know about the ice cream but I certainly had plenty of 1am pizza as a University student. But to be fair, when I was a student I was getting up at 3pm and going to bed at 7am so 1 or 2am was kinda dinner time I guess.

pizza and ice cream seems very specific regarding a law. Surely it's more about unsociable noise in the early hours

…the articles do state …’…and more…’…so it is other things to try to create a greater calm for the residents in the late hours…although I reckon there’ll be grumblings from those pizza loving ice cream-ists
