Off to Brighton for the day

I love it there.
Which one is your favourite local beach?
I also like Southend, but today the weather wasn't good.

Is that the nearest one to you?
I absolutely adore Blackpool, there's something about it.
I go there every year in the summer.
I've been in the winter as well when the Strictly tour goes there. It's freezing cold

I live right on the beach, bit stony but it's lovely

Yes Brighton is a pebble beach as well. But really nice. Water is always clean.

…I love Brighton, also……I used to live not far from there so it was my local coastal visit…have a wonderful day, Vanessa……

My local beach is Camber sands, which is glorious at certain times of the year. I'm not a sun worshipper as i burn the moment the sun appears, but i do love to sit by the sea

Are you going up the i360?

Back in 2016 (better days)
British Airways ran it.

Now the Local Labour Party Run it?
it got into so much debt
British Airways walked away.

I really like Brighton actually, used to stay down there a lot. My fave beach by miles is Winchelsea Beach though. Never busy, has (or used to) have an old school 70's/80's vibe.

Camber is great for the sand, i remember walking up the sandy dunes, feeling the heat of the sand on my bare feet. However, it gets so busy and is generally a sh!thole nowadays.

It's beautiful over here. You can always rely on Brighton for good weather.
I would love to retire by the beach. It would be just wonderful :flutter:
