It's potentially in all sorts of things from toothpaste to peanut butter. All that can really be said is... if you want to know what you're putting in your mouth, read the label on the back.
I have a low carb high protein diet so I'm one of those weirdos looking at the back of everything in the supermarket if I've not bought it before. Checking to see which sausages have most-meat-least-wheat :joker:. |

I'm not full-on wheat free though, I'll have the occasional Wingstop chicken tendy (coating is wheat based) and I don't avoid things like stock cubes etc that have wheat in them. It's not that deep rly. |
