The usa know about it and say they are not concerned. They could blow it out the water in minutes

Confident Putin warns Europe is ‘defenceless’

[Ever since Russia’s full-scale
invasion of Ukraine,
Moscow has been engaged in
nuclear sabre-rattling,
dropping a series of not-so-subtle hints that
trying to defeat a nuclear power
like Russia could have disastrous consequences
for those who try.
Today President Putin claimed that Russia wouldn’t
need to use a nuclear weapon to
achieve victory in Ukraine.

He was being interviewed at a panel discussion
at the St Petersburg International
Economic Forum: the annual event often
described as ‘Russia’s Davos’.
There are few occasions when Mr Putin looks dovish
compared to the person asking him the questions.

But when the person asking the questions
is Sergei Karaganov it would be hard not to.
Mr Karaganov is a hawkish Russian foreign policy expert.
Last year he called for a pre-emptive nuclear strike.
Today he suggested holding a “nuclear pistol”
to the temple of the West over Ukraine.

President Putin wasn’t so extreme
in his language.

But he is no dove.]

he is conveniently forgetting that if he drops a nuke on a nato country, he is finished

A perfect opportunity for a black flag event.

Of Course

He knows that

Putin won't drop a nuke on any country in the west

no matter what that one politician says, Andrey Gurulev (whom said russia could destroy netherlands very easily) i wouldn't be surprised if Mr Gurulev is given time off from duties for a long while, since the only one who has anything to say over there is Putin

and Putin is a top strategist, if he can win the war in ukraine he'll keep going for it, but if he sees they are only losing, i doubt they'll go further into that operation, as for russia having sanctioned that much by the west, i doubt russia will notice a lot from that in a few years time, after more negotiations with other powerful nations like China, India, Iran for alternative strong trade deals + the intervision contest revival is also useful for diplomatic relations with these non-european countries

the nuclear threats are scare tactics i think in a attempt to have the west back off in ukraine (i think they'll only become a nuclear threat once the west attacks russia with soldiers, missiles) so we just don't need to attack russia and we're good

Putin is a nutcase.

i have a different opinion than you in this but that's ok

i always have thought quite highly of Putin, as a very stable and solid leader of Russia

and honestly, this war in ukraine was bound to happen, i mean russia was literally pushed to its breaking point by the west, by FIFA, UEFA, EBU, IOC organisations as well with their ongoing xenophobic anti-russian behaviour towards them, even my nation has contributed in anti-russian behaviour, bullying Putin's daughter out of my nation, when she just wanted to live in Utrecht with her (now ex-husband) Jorrit Faassen

i myself never forget who saved us end WW2 with their operations in Berlin to corner Hitler's forces

and tbh also in poland, for jewish people there, they had to choose between the soviets and nazi's back then, most felt safer with the soviets, choosing between the lesser of two evils

I've been following Colonel Douglas Macgregor since this invasion. Everything he's said, has come about so far, but then he's a very experienced soldier.

I don't think Zelenskyy should have tried to join NATO and I understand why the U.S is aiding the Ukraine.... their own sovereign interests. America needs to step back and Zelenskyy needs to step down.

Anyone who believes America is the good guy and Russia is the bad guy should look into things more thoroughly. America is falling and Biden is assisting its fall

To be fair DemRed, anyone over the age of 12 who believes that the world is even vaguely made up of "good guys and bad guys" is walking through life with blinkers firmly attached. Good and evil does not exist, only politics and perspective. Not one person truly believes that they are "the bad guy".

bots 12-06-2024 07:18 PM

i don't know about that. Putin has very few redeeming features and has been in powwer for over 20 years. Biden has been in power for 4 years and has a very long list of things he has achieved for the american people, even when the GoP had control of the house. The two people are not comparible in the slightest

Beso 12-06-2024 07:55 PM

Hes going to take Americas ability to assist the eu in a ground war out of action.
