Sag Harbor around 12:30 a.m.
when the officer stopped him and
determined he was intoxicated,
according to a court document

was emanating from his breath,
he was unable to divide attention,
he had slowed speech, he was unsteady
afoot and he performed poorly
on all standardized field

…only a few days ago, he shared some pics of his beautiful young sons…how would he feel if either of them were harmed by a driver who had been drinking alcohol and then wilfully got into their car under the influence…not big or clever…
