Clare Victoria Balding was born on 29 January 1971, the daughter of Ian Balding and Emma Balding, daughter of racehorse trainer Peter Hastings-Bass, of the Earls of Huntingdon.

to some operatic song, there are quite some tunes suitable for ballroom and for a latin like paso doble
