…actually, when you start googling…getting a wrong body with a death overseas doesn’t seem as unusual/rare as would be thought…that’s awful…

Presumably a mix of under staffing and a worldwide dropping in standards as a whole

Cremation is even worse. You don't know whose ashes you're getting or indeed
