What's for lunch?
 
Only had a late lunch, had some errands to run. Ham sandwich, jelly and custard pot amd a bag of chicken crisps. Delicious :love:

Easier than that Ammi.
Boil until just cooked, drain well. Pop in a large fry pan or wok, add butter and scorch it, add mint sauce a minute or so before it’s cooked.
Delicious. We have done this with sprouts for years then decided we would give cabbage a go.
Savoy cabbage is best.
