…a little bit Pescatarian in that I do eat some fish but I’m a non meat eater…I’m not one specific thing, though…I’m just quite restricted with foods…

Vegan, been vegan for four years and veggie for 6. It can be hard sometimes, especially in social situations but I don't even see animal products as edible anymore.

I eat a range of food, and will often order vegetarian if out, dont eat red meat so much, more fish and chicken

How would you classify your diet?
I’m old fashioned and we were brought up to eat everything in moderation .. I veered off the track slightly, ten years ago when I started intermittent fasting 365 .. I basically eat my 2,000 calories in a 5 hour window

I think I eat pretty much equal red meat, poultry and fish. I very rarely eat vegetarian dishes but will have the odd pasta or soup that is veggie
