Absolutely baffled by the Khaled hate

Yes the guy can be cringe and yes he probably is laying it on a bit thick atm which could be for any number of reasons.

But fundamentally he's clearly a decent guy who has barely said a bad word against anyone. I do not understand why he's such fair game for being attacked and bitched about with such viciousness. Ali is fully on a mission to turn the whole house against him having already manipulated Lily into thinking that way. Apparently if Ali says it it must be true cos she can read minds.

Given Ali is also 15 years his senior it's a really bad look that she's trying to repress his personality and make him doubt the whole way he conducts himself. It's awful behaviour

I think Ali is right, given the way Khaled was with Izaaz. However, her execution with it wasn’t great.

Crimson Dynamo 13-10-2024 09:05 PM

Agreed

It's bullying

Saph 13-10-2024 09:07 PM

I haven’t seen enough of him to say if he’s false or not, but he's incredibly dull

MTVN 13-10-2024 09:07 PM

I don't even think Khaled did anything wrong with Izaaz either tbh, he only said that he had to agree that the vibes were off - which is absolutely true given they'd all been bitching about Khaled 5 minutes earlier

bots 13-10-2024 09:08 PM

Honestly, i think they are both at it, neither is particularly benefiting and if they keep it up they will be nominated quickly

Mrluvaluva 13-10-2024 09:12 PM

One things for sure, Khaled will have Ali in his sights now. Depends what his "power" will be. She could be in the danger zone nomination wise.

At least she spoke to him about it. She's honest and not just bitching behind his back.

Ammi 13-10-2024 09:12 PM

..no, I think there are a few of them being quite brutal and cold which is coming across as cruel..?…but Ryan just said similar on the Live show that Khaled might say the ‘right things’ but he goes into so much detail that it feels that he’s saying things because he feels they’re the right things to say …that he’s fake because it’s all gameplaying, essentially…

…yeah, she seemed quite up for telling him actually……very cold/very unfeeling and emotionless and not a good look for her…

Beso 13-10-2024 09:14 PM

Poor bloke cant even enjoy being HOH, cause miss bitter face poo pood all the fun again.

Crimson Dynamo 13-10-2024 09:15 PM

His crime was he did not react the way Sly Ali wanted him too...

I mean wtf

…no, he said if he didn’t agree with him then he would be lying/…agree with me or you’re not credible..…it’s not up to Khaled or anyone else to speak for Izaaz, only Izaaz can do that …

Dogeatdog 13-10-2024 09:17 PM

He shouldn’t have gone upstairs and said what he said. I think his intentions were good but it made him look worse.

Vanessa 13-10-2024 09:18 PM

He's definitely overdoing the nice guy act.

She definitely could have handled it better. She had her say and then walked off. It didn't really diffuse the situation and she's left Khaled slightly paranoid. He's not going to enjoy his HOH role.

Maru 13-10-2024 09:19 PM

Well, at least he knows he can't trust Ali.

If Izaaz had just kept his big gob shut, there wouldn't have been a confrontation...it was only his **** stirring with Ali that prompted her to go and confront him

And that was deliberate and downright nasty

…(if)..some of the housemates are correct in their assessment of him constantly being self aware of doing and saying ‘the right thing’ and what he feels is the right thing to do and say etc…?…the I don’t think that he would enjoy HoH anyway because he’ll drive himself crazy in second guessing every decision he makes and his whole time in the room…

Yeah he was saying it in a pretty light hearted way between two mates, he wasn't exactly twisting his arm to make him say it. He also didn't really push it much after that and respected Izaaz's view imo

thesheriff443 13-10-2024 09:26 PM

There is a difference in having an opinion on someone and trying to turn the house against someone
Tonight we saw Ali do that

rusticgal 13-10-2024 09:30 PM

“You are a nice boy”…how bloody condescending.

…Izaaz face to me didn’t say that he felt it was lighthearted……he looked pretty uncomfortable with Khaled drawing him into the conversation…it could be interpreted as falling into what some housemates are feeling about Khaled…(…including Ryan on the Live show…)…that he was being very self aware and wasn’t sure how the conversation would be perceived so he wanted others to say the same thing…he had something to say but he wasn’t standing alone in saying it….hmmmmm…

He hasn't been attacked. Ali has also been open with him

She hasn't turned the whole house against him either. She voiced her opinion.
