I hate all the intervention from BB this year.

Head of house, killer noms, individual housemates having too much power over who is up for eviction, messing around with the nominations every week.. I can't be the only one who hates this?

I wouldn't mind it if it was an occasional thing, I love a good old twist. But this has started way too early this year and feels like it will be a theme throughout the series.

They should let the nomination process play out as naturally as possible in the first month at least. There's way too much manipulation going on which just makes the entire thing feel unfair.

I like a little bit of meddling but only when it is done in a fair way. I don't like how people are unfairly edited but that has always been a BB thing over the years.

Sadly this latest twist will mean losing someone who really wouldn't have been up possibly. Martha and Segun look in danger.

Martha and Segun are deadwood and haven't added anything to the house so I wouldn't care if they left, but the point still stands. Just let the nominations work themselves out naturally ffs.

Absolutely its an obvious attempts to protect certain individuals who they know would be gone sooner rather than later.

GlitterUK 21-10-2024 12:12 AM

But if the game was played out naturally do you think Martha or Segun would be up? I think it would be Lily, Izaaz, Sarah and possibly others but not them two.

They want to keep the more entertaining in.

Yeah it's a joke. Before the task I just knew Ali would be head of house, who would then try and protect Lily, etc..

Stinks to the high heavens but as others have said, seems par for the course in recent BB's.

It was upto the housemates who was gonna be the head of house. BB picked who was gonna be the pm in the task.

You're right, I just don't agree with this "head of house" concept, the immunity it gives them and the fact they have so much power over nominations and potential evictions.

If it ain't broke..

I do like all the drama it causes.

Khaled's use of the power didn't have much impact. He kept the house nominations how they were and picked someone who was relatively safe. Ali and Dean have gone out of their way to be much more manipulative with it all.

thesheriff443 21-10-2024 01:56 AM

It’s a short series
They need to create the drama from day dot
Reward and punishment as always been used to divide the house

GlitterUK 21-10-2024 02:32 AM

Punishments have been crap apart from taking the sugar etc

Beso 21-10-2024 07:01 AM

Why, just why didnt segan or kahlid pick marcello to go next...

bots 21-10-2024 07:06 AM

it's an entertainment show

Maru 21-10-2024 09:55 PM

I wasn't bothered by it so much, but I think I see the OP's point after today's show... it's great there's ample drama, but it's a little too conveniently predictable at times.

GlitterUK 21-10-2024 10:44 PM

It even comes down to who gets secret missions, who gets the best parts of the tasks, who is allowed in the diary room and who isn't.

GoldHeart 22-10-2024 01:30 AM

I miss the individual secret missions to win prizes ,I will choose that over meddling with nominations. And Ali doesn't deserve to have so much power, and Dean is a weak HOH aswell.
