I've done the same with tinypic .host

It means that those embedded images will now be broken on the forum and will need to be uploaded using an attachment or another host.

Tinypic doesn't even exist anymore so I don't think it's a huge problem.

The original Tinypic was closed down so a lot of forum pictures were lost.

This is a new Tinypic. I can't be used now.
