Do you agree with Americas decision…

To elect its first convicted criminal as president?

bots 06-11-2024 01:14 PM

Are you sure you are asking the correct question?

That's the problem

I'm pretty sure Trump is the first?

it obviously didn't matter to his voters, it also didn't matter to his voters that he that he led an insurrection, so it obviously isn't the right question to ask. The reason trump won is far, far deeper than that

Doesn't really matter whether we in thus country agree or not, does it? That's democracy for you.

It’s just a question Livia

the law and justice doesn't work the same way in america as it does here, so we really can't comment. For me, the voters in america have their own priorities based on what affects them. Who you vote for is always down to who you think offers you the best opportunities and most closely aligns with your own needs. Therefore, whether someone is a criminal or not may not be the priority

What was he convicted of ?

Seriously .

I keep hearing him described ( online) as a convicted rapist ?!

Surely that can’t be correct ?

He was convicted by a jury in a civil suit but not in a criminal court. this article explains it better

He we get that stopped
He has an important job as the USA President 2024

You could have added a 3rd option of "not really arsed, as the US is completely mental when it comes to politics", or something along those lines.

The real question is, how did he gain so many more voters this time round? They can't be, and are not all KKK members.

I've read so many things online from people who are salty about it, and throwing their toys out the pram. What should really be happening is how the Dems and their supporters can avoid somethng like this ever happening again. It's an embarrassment. They should be looking at themselves a bit more instead of judging the countless millions who did vote for him

Biden won 18-29 year olds by a massive 25-point margin. Harris won them by only 13 points. Put bluntly, her performance among young voters was an abject disaster for Democrats and a troubling omen for the party’s political future..

It is embarrassing, but the democrats haven't exactly helped themselves. When Biden was past it , and making mistakes...they kept insisting he was still ok , before finally they realised he had to stand down.

Democrat voters reaction to Trump getting shot , just got him more support. They were enjoying the fact he almost got killed. There was some pretty unhinged social media videos out there ,of
people joking about how the shooter " missed".

Whilst completing ignoring the fact an innocent person got killed at the rally , bear in mind these people are always claiming to be compassionate and accepting as liberals ...but if your politics don't align with theirs then it's " ha ha who cares you got shot and you were a trump supporter anyway"
Really not a healthy look  .

I'm glad I don't live in America, our politics is bad enough. But theirs is off the charts .

Yeah, they're like that here too. It's why they passionately hate Centralist's because they can see through the hypocrisy of it all.

I've honestly never felt so happy to be a centralist in my life ! .

I refuse to get involved in any of the BS , and I will never associate myself with either side.
