Proper Wintry Day
 

It's bliddy freezing. I'm at the bus stop. Wearing leggings under jeans, woolly socks, a t shirt, a fleecy top and my coat! I have no mittens/gloves. Must invest in some.

Its Autumn and the temperature where you are is around 10C which is bang on average for early November

It is a bog-standard Autumnal day

Yesterday the temperature in NW Scotland was 19C 66F!

It was always Nov, Dec, Jan we learned in school according to the Celtic calendar

spring (March, April, May), summer (June, July, August), autumn (September, October, November) and winter (December, January, February).

Yeah I’ve always been taught that Winter is Dec, Jan and Feb
