What’s your favourite meat of the two, if you’ve had both?

Duck..tried froisbgrad once, and was that disgusted i wasnt bothered ever again about spelling ti properly.

Not that either of them are a good idea..

No but foie gras is divine.

You must have a sweet tooth. Tasted like a sugary gravy paste to me.

Never tried goose but bloody love duck..I often order only duck from the Chinese :laugh:

Too cute to eat. Same as rabbit.
But I have cooked all three.

Bought my son ostrich burgers last week as they are a healthier alternative to beef and he said they were really nice, he said they tasted pretty much the same as beef

Neither - never even tasted and never want to. Chicken or Turkey i'll eat.

I’ve never had goose but duck is my favourite meat but only really eat it if I’m out in a restaurant that does a nice breast.
