How have I of all people never heard of hemp milk?

Vicky. 10-11-2024 10:25 AM

I don't drink milk, only have it in tea. Cows milk tho.

We aren't allowed to use cows milk at work. It's a vegan owner and he also says we can't eat or drink anything non vegan when on the premises

Semi skimmed cows milk in tea and on cereal
But I do have some milkshakes , don’t know what they have in them

GoldHeart 10-11-2024 11:14 AM

Mainly cow semi skimmed . But I drink alot of Oat & Almond milk for my porridges & Weetabix, and sometimes put it in my tea aswell.

I occasionally have coconut milk aswell  .

Jessica. 10-11-2024 01:59 PM

I'm vegan so I don't consume animal products, I only use plant milks. I buy soya milk every week and oat milk regularly.

Zizu 10-11-2024 06:14 PM

Semi skimmed and in moderation …

Full cream milk or any kind of cream bungs my sinuses up QuickTime then I get headaches and even jaw-ache occasionally
