Tactical move by Hanah?

A strong girl like Hanah taking Ali with her to speak to Segun, last week she couldn't stand Ali and even hugged Emma even though she had nominated her while death staring Ali and telling her to stand on it or something like that, since then Ali has been saved twice by the public and if they are reading the lastest evictions probably expect Nathan and Segun have the lowest votes, so now she is aligning herself with Ali

Thoughts?

Niamh. 14-11-2024 02:59 PM

nah, pointless at this stage, aligning yourself with people I mean. I think she's just upset about the what her friends said about Segun and she's taken note of Alis messages saying she was right about stuff so is just trusting her judgment on the situation

she hasn't trusted her up to now, what has changed, apart from Ali banging on about how she is always right?

What exactly has she been right about, there have been no villians in there

Cherie 14-11-2024 03:02 PM

I think its pretty childish to take someone with you when you are discussing an issue that is only between the two of you, obviously Ali has skin in the game, she is bitter that Segun won 10k and also bitter that he was first in the line up to win

Cherie 14-11-2024 03:03 PM

I think there has been alot of jealousy over the 10k as well, mainly from Ali and Nathan

Well, I'm talking about her directly reacting to both messages from home, hers and Alis. Alis sister says that she's been proved right about everything and Hanah's friend has told her basically she's been wrong for who she trusted most. It's not about me thinking Ali's been proved right, it's about Hanah hearing that and thinking outside information, they must know stuff we don't type thing

I agree she shouldn't have done that

oh I see, yes I get you now, disappointing, I think her home girl might blow any chance she had tbh

I agree...for someone so confident in herself and head strong... it seemed ridiculous.
Ali was really pissed about the money...her reaction last night when she thought it would reduce even more was very telling.

BBXX 14-11-2024 03:56 PM

I think she thinks Ali has given her good advice before and so will do again. I think she thinks Ali looks at things from an outsiders perspective and so will offer an unbiased view because she's just as closer to Shegun and she is Hanah. I think she thinks Ali is clear and articulate and will help her.

She may not be Ali's biggest fan but she realises Ali has certain strengths and qualities and is asking for help to utilise them.

GlitterUK 14-11-2024 04:00 PM

I think she will have heard her girls comment and also in Ali's message it said something like most of your theories are correct or something like that and Hanah will trust her girls.

Benjamin 14-11-2024 04:06 PM

I can’t see it was a tactical move. Not with one day to go and most of the votes cast.

GoldHeart 14-11-2024 04:51 PM

There's probably an element of tactics going on,but I think Hanah actually thinks Ali has her best interests at heart, when Ali doesn't give a damn about her...and is yet again using her.

There's the whole girl code thing, but this has nothing to do with Ali ...and she's wedged herself firmly into Segun & Hanah's business...and Hanah's has invited her in like a friend. But Ali will never be a genuine friend. Ali just sees the prize money.

they showed a clip of her last night on L and L saying to Segun his pockets were weighed down, she is so bitter about it

No.

If anything Hanah is using Ali. We saw her just yesterday be content with the idea of Ali going without a message from home, and now she is asking for Ali's advice and help after her message from home made her confused and feel distrustful of her friend.

Hanah asked Ali for advice, Ali has done no wedging.

I think people are forgetting and both Ali and Hanah have continued to nominate each other. It was just last week Hanah was bragging about Marcello being HoH because she knew it meant Ali potentially going home - hence the comment about justice. Ali has also made comments about Hanah. However both of them have continued to live alongside one another and actually have some increasingly pleasant interactions. I think they respect one another a lot. None of this is one-sided and if you think it is you should probably do some rewatching.

Honestly your comprehension for what actually happens is really shocking.

Her bitterness will be even worse ,when she wins and ends up 90k richer ! ....after she begrudged Segun 10k.

But she definitely thinks she's entitled to the full 100k, I have a feeling she doesn't need the money either :bored: .

Do you know anything about IVF or are you just being insensitive?

So you think that makes her more entitled to the money than other housemates? ...ok then :hee: .

Again, the way you interpret things is just... you may have some of the worst comprehension of situation and context I have ever witnessed, quite honestly.

Where did I say anything about her entitlement? I was replying to saying she "didn't need the money".

To spell out what my point was: IVF is extremely expensive and usually takes several attempts, wracking up into the tens of thousands of pounds. It's really insensitive to say about someone whose financial status you have no idea of "doesn't need the money" when she's openly said she'd use it for IVF, a treatment that is emotionally taxing, physically demanding and incredibly expensive.

Ok by that logic then housemates who can't afford their own house, or stuck in debt also need the money

A few previous housemates have been struggling financially ,or wanted the money for family reasons.

My point is ,they will all want the money for different reasons.

Anyway no need to fear as she'll get her 90k anyway :idc:.

I haven't said anywhere Ali needs the money more than any other contestant. I've not spoken about any contestants financial status and how much each one deserves the cash. You did.

I'm just saying when she's spoken about using it for such a personal reason, it's pretty insensitive of you to say "she doesn't need the money".

Anyway I don't want to discuss things with you any more because all you do is reply things that make it clear you either haven't read what I've said or your skewed interpretation make it impossible to have any kind of debate that flows and makes sense.

Well you called me insensitive, I didn't call you any names . But enjoy the rest of BB :wavey:.

I was merely saying just because she wants the money for something specific, does not mean she should win.

All the housemates will be over the moon to win for various reasons.

I prefer a person to win based on if they're a good housemate or not , the way or how they'll spend the prize money shouldn't influence us, if Thomas said he wanted the money for medical reasons ...I doubt it would have made a difference, housemates are judged on their behaviour and we all like who we like , it's as simple as that . Thomas shouldn't get sympathy support,he should get support for him.

It doesn't mean I'm " insensitive" , but at the same time all the housemates are in the same boat. Evicted housemates are probably gutted they didn't win,but it's a game at the end of the day .

I didn’t say you were insensitive for not wanting her to win. I also don’t think Ali should win purely for how she would spend the money.

I am saying you are insensitive for assuming her financial status despite her saying she would spend the money in an incredibly expensive medical procedure that would make her a mother. Thats all.
