Farewell my beautiful Rafael Nadal. It's been an absolute pleasure being your fan for 18 years, watching you live across various tournaments, creating endless memories in doing so. There is no adrenaline like watching you live. I shall miss you terribly baby bull. :bawling:

I have tickets for Malaga in the weekend. Sadly couldn't take time of work for the week but I bought weekend tickets in the hopes that Spain would still be in the Davis cup at the weekend but they lost today, and with that Rafa playing his last match ever :bawling:

Now the question is should I still go to Malaga or spend the weekend bed rotting.

….nope, don’t even give that thought any head space…go to Malaga and absorb and enjoy your surroundings because it’s there for you for a reason…?…to fill you with the energy of Malaga and its culture etc…don’t you dare bed rot, missy…take this opportunity with the free time you now have to enjoy it…

I'll try. I just don't have the mental strength for a solo trip right now. But on the other end the weather isn't looking too bad so maybe it will turn out that it was just what I need

…that’s something to think as well, though…sometimes when we feel the least enthusiasm for something, it can become that ‘unexpected thing’ that gives us a huge emotional energy boost…just the sunlight and the warmer feel on your skin can give a much needed uplift…it’s always your call, though…whether you want to explore if the trip is there for you for a reason, also…and also if you feel that you can be open to any uplift it could give you……

Nah the "on court glue sniffer retires" " the fake medial timeout -er retires"

His numbers are great but it takes more than numbers to be the greatest. :fist:

But I admit he has become less irritating as of late so it will be sad to see him go.

Thanks Ammi. You should write a motivational book.

The other thing though I'm not 100% if the area I'm meant to go is affected by the floods. Trying to find out

…yeah, that will be a very big determining thing for you as well…a good place to begin is to find out if it’s a safe area and whether visiting now is or isn’t something recommended…just step through getting all the information and then make your decision…

Lost £38 going to Gatwick. It was absolute madness due to scare. Trains were delayed, queues were miles and miles long when we got the airport. Assistants were useless, tracker was inaccurate. When I finally got to security it was madness with everyone trying to get to their plane. Security were shouting like that scene in titanic where everyone is trying to get on boat. Security told me to wait on the side while others were being tended to, meanwhile my tracker said gate closed but they said it was not necessarily accurate due to the chaos. Finally when I got answered to they confirmed it was indeed too late. My options were get the transferable plane the next day afternoon which would defeat the purpose of the weekend trip or go home. I went home. Can't get a refund. How lovely
