Doesn't sound enough money to me.

He's got that much money, he'd probably have that amount €188,000 lying about the house as 'spare change'.

Should have been a criminal case. That money is peanuts to him

Yeah I agree, though any amount would not be enough, I think maybe for her the guilty verdict is the real prize and the dent to his reputation....such a hard man resorting to raping and choking a woman

Crimson Dynamo 22-11-2024 09:27 PM

Its like fining you or I £1.88

embarrassing

He's a disgrace, such a disappointment

Zizu 22-11-2024 10:44 PM

I’ve never understood how these cases don’t go to court .. there must be convincing evidence surely

…it shows such an awful flawed system, really …that it’s a case that the director of prosecutions chose not to go forward with in a criminal court…and yet this civil court case speaks another language…I’m glad that Nikita Hand has been led to some kind of feeling of justice but it doesn’t change that she was assaulted twice and the second time was by a system that was designed to protect her…

Zizu 23-11-2024 08:14 AM

He is going to APPEAL so this could drag on for years

Poor girl thought it was over

Yes it is a Civil Case
