… @Benjamin

…I binged this yesterday evening…it’s a very easy binge, just sweet and endearing and lovely characters with that bittersweet tinge as well…just a lovely Sunday afternoon watch on a Wednesday evening, I liked it a lot……

It was so lovely. Not often something gets me too emotional, but a couple of episodes really hit me.

Spoiler:

…when you realised that he hadn’t packed her stuff up quickly after she died, it was to go into a memory clinic because he’d been struggling so much to keep her with him…there were quite a few touching/bittersweet moments …but it was also very uplifting as well in many parts…and I loved his clueless enthusiasm for being a 007 type person……I love that it gave him that spirit for life again that his wife would have wanted…Ted Danson is a total delight in it as his character…endearingly clueless…..

…obviously he reminded me a bit of you as well, which was also quite endearing…just the age thing but still that resemblance…

Yep, that and Flo’s passing got me (as in the previous episode she’d said she doesn’t like to talk about money as it’s a jinx, she buys herself the chair finally as a treat and then passes.

I love Ted Danson as an actor, and was so happy to see him reunited with D'Arcy Carden for a brief scene.
