Claim :Putin to push a new wave of cyber attacks on Britain
BBC News Text:
[A minister will warn at a Nato conference tomorrow that Russia is ready to "launch a wave of cyber attacks on Britain" and leave millions without power, says the Sunday Telegraph. The paper's lead reports that Pat McFadden will tell the gathering of allies that the Russia is trying to weaken their support for Ukraine, with President Vladimir Putin ready and able to order a "destabilising and debilitating" electronic attack.] https://liveblog.digitalimages.sky/l...b3a899ad63.png |
This sounds like an empty threat.
|
yes i agree Mock, same with those many nuclear threats
more like doing this for the west to stop supporting Ukraine i doubt Putin has serious intention of attacking non-former soviet union countries though, this is more something between russia and other ex-soviet union countries |
If we weren't so utterly reliant on digital tech it wouldn't be much of a threat. As it is, there is no plan B.
