Anybody watched this yet, with Lisa Kudrow. I’ve just started it now.

….I watched it just before Christmas, it’s pretty excellent I thought…I loved the characters and the pace just zips along wonderfully so it’s an easy binge watch…

…I binge watched No Good Deed on Netflix yesterday…I didn’t mean to binge it all so quickly but it was such a good watch, I liked it a lot…it was a bit of so many things…a dark comedy is what it’s billed as but it also has a murder/mystery element to it as well and lots of good relationship dynamics …a solid cast also with Lisa Kudrow and Luke Wilson…yeah, really liked it very much indeed……

Yeah I watched it on Ammis recommendation, it was very good, I love Linda Cardellini and of course Lisa Kudrow

…let us know your thoughts when you’ve watched it, Ben…I think you’ll like it, it’s that perfect blend of dark and quirky characters…

Have you watched Dead to Me?

…I watched the first season and loved it …but this is why I so prefer binge watching complete series as well…I sometimes find it too distracting with other TV to get back into things after a long period of time without rewatching and that requires so much time…but yeah, I have so many series that lie by the side because there are so many new shiny series as well to absorb in…

…another great comedy drama is Beef…I would so recommend that for anyone who hasn’t seen it…

….ahhhhhh, I knew that you would love it..:love:…it’s so character based but with that excellent/mystery storyline as well…

…have you watched Poker Face series, btw…?…that’s also very excellent and a very easy and fast paced watch…and Natasha Lyonne as well…almost too much fabulousness in one show…I would recommend…:love:…I might give it a rewatch myself sometime…it has a very old fashioned mystery series feel to it …

I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. I find sometimes watching shows with ex-Friend it’s hard to shift from seeing them as their Friends character but Lisa Kudrow was superb in this.


And yes, loved Poker Face! Hoping season 2 isn’t too far away.

…also off topic…Nine Perfect Strangers has a season 2 coming out this year also, I’m not sure when in the year, though…but another one I’ll look forward to…I don’t know if it’ll be a completely different cast at the retreat or a follow on from some of the season one character stories…

I wonder if they’ll do a season 2 for this, or if it was a standalone show.

…I’ve just looked at this, which is just one article I know …but it’s basically saying that the producers would like a season 2 but the ratings might be that it won’t happen…

That’s a shame. I’m surprised the ratings aren’t good. Especially when something so bad as La Palma has been a ratings success and it’s a pile of ****.

…there are just so many series, I think that’s the problem and why perfectly great shows are cancelled so that the flow of new ones can continue…?…I guess that it’s part of a ‘streaming war’ thing to constantly compete with ‘new’ so some second seasons are sacrificed…

…oh another great series which I must catch up on myself is Workin’ Moms…another very character based storyline and very sharply written…/…great comedy moments…
