Who is he and why was this allowed to happen on Westminster bridge? Anyone know?

He was Prophet Mohammed's grandson who died on a bridge as a martyr thousand of years ago.

This is the one you usually see them all covered in blood from self harming. Thankfully it wasnt copied in London.

So it's a bit like Christmas.

I actually find it quite the spectacle when the numbers are in their thousands. Just keep the blood letting out if things and it should he good to go.

Although, some family members of the people killed on that particular bridge may see it as a bit of a slur on the memories of their loved ones.
