Help for Zizu?
 

Zizu can't work out how to empty his pm boxes, incoming and outgoing messages?

Anyone good enough to explain the process to him here please? I'm not the best at explaining such things.

…ok, let me try to explain in a post…

…so Zizu, you know how to access and read your pm’s…?…

…so in around the centre of your screen and just under where it says…’Private Messages in Folder’, there is a box which will say ‘you have 500 messages stored of 500 allowed’….?…and the colour bar in there will probably be all read or mostly red because it’s full…just under that colour line/bar it’ll say ‘jump to folder’ and just below that is a drop down which is probably showing your inbox messages …?…but when you click on the drop down arrows, it’ll show your inbox messages your sent messages as well…so like a breakdown of say…you’ve received 250 messages and you’ve sent 250 messages…does that make sense…?…

…if you wanted to clear all of your messages/the received and the sent and leave a completely empty message box…?…then click on the inbox first…?…your received messages will be listed below on a list with the most recent one showing first …scroll down the screen until you see the last message on that page…(…there’ll be multiple pages of messages…)…and at the bottom just under the last message on the page, there’s another drop down with choices of ‘move to folder’ ‘delete’ ‘mark as read’ and a few other choices…press on the delete choice and ‘delete’ well then appear in the box…click the box at the side of every/any message that you want to delete to place a tick next to the message title …(…and the message will be highlighted to yellow because you’ve selected it for an action…)..and then when you’ve selected all of the messages that you want to on that page…at the bottom and next to where you have the box with ‘delete’…?…there is another box that says ‘go’….?…press that and that page of messages will be deleted and you’ll have some space again…but you’ll only have one page of space so you can carry on deleting your next page and then your next one etc until they’re gone…then you can do the same with your ‘sent items’…exactly the same only you’ll be deleting those ones you’ve sent/rather than received…

…if there are any that you want to keep and not delete…?..then just don’t click on the tick box next to those ones and make sure they’re not highlighted before you press delete and go…..

I would try and help but I’m sure that Zizu uses the Tapatalk app and I’ve never used it before so I wouldn’t be much use.

On tapatalk, click on the first message you want to delete, hold your finger on it for a little longer than usual so it highlights it rather than opens it, once that is highlighted you can quickly click on all other messages you want to delete and there will be a bin icon at the top you click to delete all those selected

Open up the site in a browser, go to private messages inbox and go to 'Empty Folder'.

Must admit when i read the title of the thread (this is just a joke Zizu if you see this btw, need you back in those football threads) that this may have been a "Get women out of Men's football" petition
