And yet we are always being told how rough It Is, Particularly at night In places like Cork and Dublin, Maybe It is quite safe compared to other countries

Tbf I'd rather walk around London at night than Dublin.

I'm surprised at Iceland, always think life would be quite hard in those countries with so little daylight for much of the year

why would that = violence?

Well it doesn't define peaceful so not really clear what they're talking about but it says it's about the populations level of peacefulness so I inferred that as being about general contentment, inner peace etc.
