Rock Collector Is All Shook Up

Elvis may be the King of rock & roll but his latest "appearance" may be taking things too far.

LaDell Alexander, 60, was all shook up when she stumbled upon a rock apparently containing the singer's face.

She had bought the rock to decorate her garden but when she began cleaning it she saw the singer's face looking back at her.

She called her local newspaper and a crew popped around to take a picture.

"People are calling me the Elvis rock lady," Mrs Alexander told Coloradoan.com.

"Seven out of 10 people see Elvis (on the rock)."

Her husband Lynn, 63, was not of a suspicious mind.

"I was about 20ft away and the first thing I said was that is Elvis," he said.

The Texas couple are selling the rock on the online auction site eBay, with 10% of the proceeds going to one of Elvis' foundations.

"There has never been another rock that has been found like this," she said.

"There is nothing to compare with."
