EastEnders 40th anniversary

All this week.
Tonight was brilliant. Love the younger versions of the characters.
And Grant is back. Yay

Brilliant indeed. A character like Phil has been crying out for this kind of storyline for years. He’s not just the generic indestructible hard man he’s come to be associated as now, and if you’d have watched the show prior to Grant leaving in the first instance (’99), it is quite obvious. Even his semi-sociopathic shenanigans this side of 1999 come from a place of being fundamentally not okay, by very-virtue of the nature of being truly antisocial.

There was an explosion. The Vic could collapse at any moment!

Oh no. I'm hearing the audience decide the rest . Go on then, who dies? :hehe:

Ithinkiloveyoutoo 19-02-2025 07:05 PM

And what or who caused the explosion?

Rhys crashed the car at the Queen Vic. Some gas canisters were there and it caught fire

Vanessa 19-02-2025 07:09 PM

Omg Angie!

Vanessa 19-02-2025 07:17 PM

Quite a few people still trapped in the Vic

Vanessa 19-02-2025 07:29 PM

Omg I don't think Martin is going to make it!

Plenty fall into that category
Just can’t believe how unrealistic the scene of Martin and the paramedics

Redway 20-02-2025 08:07 PM

Why did it have to be Martin and not Callum?
