I lost a pair of AirPods (a type of wireless headphone) by where i was sitting in a Wetherspoons (4 year. ago) and … ya. I went looking for it to see if I’d left it at the counter, got back to my table, which was now occupied by a couple. I asked them if they’d seen a pair of ’Pods and the lady rudely basically tried to shoo me away by giving a big resounding no twice, when I was literally just asking if they’d seen something that belonged to me what cost over 100 quid. Maybe she misheard me, maybe she was just a bitch. I couldn’t possibly tell you.

There’ll be more dodgy experiences, no-doubt, if I wrack my head but off the top of my head, there’s one. No crazy stories involving stupidly-drunk old men, crackheads or anything out-there like that. Just someone straight-up refusing to be a decent person and kindly see if my ’Pods were anywhere in that vicinity.
