Facebook badly underestimates the fanbase of Jojo

I see it again and again there... "JoJo who?"

The fact is though she is rolling in with a big active fanbase and even those, like me, not really in it she has a lot of goodwill for her from Dance Moms and her other projects. Plus, she is very X friendly in her identity... If she has the awareness to lowkey turn it into a social crusade she could easily be carried a long way

I actually think she will go far in this. Maybe even win.

But, JoJo, saying that, your fans didn't name you the 'CEO of gaypop', you 100% named yourself that :laugh:

A big online fan base may not translate to a uk audience !?!?

Never heard of her

I would say most of the audience under 30 will have heard of her at least, I'm 46 and had heard of her

Ahh, first post back and it's a contrary one from Zizu. It's like I never left :joker:

But, sure, it might not, but it also will not hurt.

Shes also very likeable.

…she’s not someone who I’m familiar with but I got a nice/joyful vibe from her at the launch……and hey, hey you……always good to see your face on season…

GlitterUK 08-04-2025 02:12 PM

She impressed me from launch night. Not heard of her but she got Mickey up doing the conga which was fun.

Niamh. 08-04-2025 02:14 PM

I know her mostly from seeing cringey shorts on youtube so it'll be interesting to see how she is on the show eg :

I was really impressed with how actually strong it is...

ITV seem ready to spend a bit of money to try and get this to work.

Yeah, I enjoyed the launch but I can't wait to actually get into the shows and seeing how they all fair in there

…yeah actually I didn’t think we would get many BB regular seasoned people for the celebrity version because that just doesn’t attract in the same way and it’s such a short run, isn’t it…but I think it’s telling of the strong cast of housemates that you and others are coming back for this…plus, you just couldn’t wait a moment longer to see us all again…

Never heard of her but from what I can gather she is fully captured by woke ideology which is a shame but she is only young and will hopefully grow out of it

I feel like AJ and Will are finding there feet more also where as some people found them a turn off at first.

Honestly, Will was always strong, but AJ is far better now.

Mickey knew he had to join in

He said when they were sitting in the group at the end that he had been 'ordered' to join in with what they were doing....and they were doing the conga when he went it, it was also clear he had been told to jump up and volunteer to go into the prize room..... he is a bit like Louis last year, not really caring he is letting the cat out of the bag

She has a massive fan base. At the launch all the younger audience members were cheering for her.
Massive reaction from the crowd in general

user104658 08-04-2025 04:15 PM

She was absolutely massive from 2015-2020, spent a small fortune on "JoJo Bows", I imagine like my daughter a lot of her fanbase "outgrew her" (at 16 she would be MORTIFIED for people to know she was a JoJo Siwa fan when she was a little kid) however... it is long enough ago that she probably has both a current following, and a cohort who will view her as "nostalgic". It's worked in the past e.g. Geordie Shore cast winners, where the "wider audience" initially had no clue who they were.

I missed her at that point because my kids were too old by then, I've only heard of her since her turning bad era

Well, she has made around $20 million being nothing special so I guess she is ok with that.

Jordan. 08-04-2025 05:44 PM

She has a net worth of 20M at age 21. Doing this show is just a side quest for her.
