For those who don’t know .. he underwent reconstructive surgeries after his relatively short-lived but brutal boxing boxing career ( 8 fights, 6 wins and two draws )

He started boxing after he made it as an actor and was fabulously wealthy .. he just loved fighting and wanted to test himself ..

That's really interesting. I bet he has so many stories to tell. And he's worked with all the best actors.
