[New York mayor and New Jersey governor
briefed on 'heartbreaking' crash
Phil Murphy, the governor of New Jersey,
says he has been briefed
by law enforcement on the "tragic" helicopter crash.

He says the state is supporting
emergency response through
the state police, the Port Authority
of New York and local first responders.
