including burns, scalds and stab wounds
when Abedi threw hot cooking oil over them
then produced home made weapons
and proceeded to stab the Officers."]

That is just vicious beyond words

Bullet to the head. As they wouldn't let anyone take their time on him, it seems like the best option

the issue is the prison culture, where the most dangerous are given access to things they can use as weapons
