SpaceX on Tuesday launched its ninth Starship test flight: It Exploded

[SpaceX on Tuesday launched its ninth
Starship test flight from Starbase, Texas,
but the rocket encountered issues
in orbit because of a
booster exploding shortly
before its expected splashdown.

The early explosion led to fuel leaks,
which caused the rocket to begin
spinning uncontrollably.
SpaceX said its flight team had lost
altitude control as the vehicle continued
its atmospheric re-entry.
In March, a Starship rocket on its eighth
test flight exploded shortly after
it was launched from Texas, grounding flights
and triggering warnings about falling
spaceship debris.]

Not looking good for a journey to Mars, anytime soon, then. :p

To be fair, this absolutely deserved to happen because I don't like what Elon does with a social media app, so I'm going to be smug online.

On this test
They know it was a fuel leak,

Mars Mission is a long way off
by then, corrections can help ensure
that journey goes off well.

I see what you're saying but to be fair there's a bit more to it than that - e.g. perhaps a tech billionaire best known for making **** electric cars with shocking production standards MIGHT be wasting time and money trying to build space-ships... and I think it's fairly valid to find it a bit gross that the world's richest man spends a not-small-chunk on cobbling together the world's most expensive fireworks.
