Mr C has decided he is going to take some stuff to the tip, his idea of a great day :laugh:

…it possibly was a great Father’s Day out when they were little ones and he was able to leave his little hooligans at home while he had a quiet few minutes at the tip…/…utter bliss…

I hope all the Dads estranged from their children will find some peace today.

They just tried to mug me off in toby carvery

Wanted a takeaway roast for my dad
No sorry we can’t do that me run out of takeout boxes
said to the girl at the bar can you explain he stuck at home

She comes back there is suddenly enough boxes as long as it was only one take out order

If I just took their word and walked away my dad would of got no roast

…well they tried but no one shot the sheriff today, not on your watch…I hope that your dad enjoys his roast lunch…

I talked him down, now he is going to the tip tomorrow instead :laugh:

You would have thought they would be delighted with the extra custom, but I guess they are catering for tables booked

Funny how a law protecting kids from being hit gets twisted into some excuse for neglect. If your idea of discipline needs violence, the problem was never the ban.

Any father reading this, just know you're much needed and an essential part of our children's lives

He should know you pack your own suitcase.....just in case.
