Why am i still up my sleep pattern is all wrong im always up all night and sleep all day :sad:

Its very annoying innit this alway happens to me and i dont have a social life because of it my only social life is tibb forum which is quite sad :sad:

Awww .. its cos its school hols for me, I dont go out loads but I cant atm anyways have to help family n stuff so It dont bother me too much

ahhh i see thats what i think is wrong with me the only problem with me is school is over forever its always on holidays i hate it on christmas holidays when you fall asleep when it is dark out and wake up when it is dark out innit :thumbs:

I have devised a cunning plan after my 5:30pm awakening time yesterday, stay awake until tonight

I've been going to bed at 4 waking up at 2, and it's not a good pattern. I understand your pain.

Lol I had this about a week ago. I solved it by just not going to sleep at all at night and waiting until the following night, it worked. :bigsmile:
Was the first time I've ever gone through a whole night without sleeping before as well. :conf2:

I was like that when my daughter was born, I'd stay up till 4 in the morning as she'd want her feed then and go to bed after feeding her, it was lunchtime before I'd even get up. Thankfully she soon started sleeping through and my sleep patterns returned to normal!

I sometimes do this... Nytol solves all my problems.

Im like this, its sooo annoying

The other night i stayed on til like 3, went to bed, and laid in bed until 6.30 then went to sleep

I dont sleep a huge amount anyway and am often up till 3 then back up by 6-7ish, then I have a few sleepy days and if all else fails I take strong medication to knock me out :whistle:

Im like this as well not as bad though but i dont go to sleep till about 2 then cant sleep espically if i have work next day im always drifting off.

I try and stay up till the next night but i cant its unbearable i feel sick if i dont get the sleep im just all over the place :thumbs:

Well, im staying upp all tonight and trying to get a decent sleep tomorrow
