I can honestly say that I have never used or viewed or whatever the term is … OnlyFans so I was surprised to see this statement .

OnlyFans isn’t prostitution. It’s adult content, not in-person sex for money. Big difference legally and practically.

It’s difficult for me to make a case as I have no experience of Only Fans.

I just know what I have heard and read but those accounts sound very similar to the definition of prostitution tbh

That’s fair in your opinion, but legally it’s not. Porn’s filmed, distributed, and usually regulated. Prostitution’s a private transaction. Big legal (and taxable) difference, whether we agree with it or not.
