Inspired by Livia on another thread, do you collect anything?

I collect poetry books. I particularly like when I’m in another country getting a poetry book in their native language.

I’ve also now acquired my grandfather’s Fred Bassett book collection and will continue it on.

I have done in the past but not now.

As a teen I was obsessed with Neighbours especially Kylie Minogue. I had tons of scrapbooks with pics and interviews all lovingly cut out of magazines and stuck in.

There isn’t enough time in the day to relay how many things I collect !!!!

Crazy stuff from snakes , dice , balls , pens , pencils , wires & leads , unusual bottles , DVDs , CDs , quirky stuff etc

I have a friend who collects dice. They have thousands of them. To be fair some of them are stunning.

I went through a phase of getting a Pandora charm everytime I was away in a different country but that's about it really

I only have about 30 or so

What’s your favourite?

I collected all the different £2 coins. I still have them hiding away somewhere. I also tried to get all the old £1 coins before they went out of circulation.

That's a nice thing to do.

I like them as a collective .. all equally

They are not expensive or attractive ones - just ones I have acquired over time
