Anything, that gives Russia any territory from Ukraine, will be absolute failure and despicable rewarding of vile aggression.
It will be a failure of loudmouth and unhinged Trump too.
As for our Prime Minister still praising Trump and running up his backside, well that's pathetic.

Yes shocking PM Starmer on the Phone Today to Trump
with his French/UK Troops of Peace and Guards?

Ideal for Putin to Kill

Trump on Monday
will give this Land grab deal.

If the Zelensky says NO

Then Trump can walk away from the Ukraine Problem

No doubt the scruff won't wear a suit.

People would have a lot more respect for him if he did, too.

[European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen
has announced she and "other European leaders"
will also travel to Washington DC tomorrow.]

How nice a Strong Woman also going to
President Trump, as well.

Is Vance still on holiday?

I wonder if Trump will give Zelensky a warm welcome

At least he wont be on his own this time

Is Starmer not going?

joeysteele 17-08-2025 10:32 AM

I'm glad other European leading figures are going too.
That's a good move and supportive look.

The way i see it is that Starmer has joined in with praise of Trump, no matter what he does, and it's all re-ieforced by the Trump state visit.

I see it as appeasement, and it's exactly what led to world war 2.

Our prime minister is standing up and telling the world a position that he does not believe himself, and we are expected to accept him as our country's leader

I'm happier that the German leader, plus Ursula Von der Leyen and Macron are going.

I'm losing patience with Starmer running up Trump's backside.

Yes,
I agree with you
Joey

it's pretty obvious that european leaders don't want a repeat of the shitshow of the last Zelensky meeting in the WH, especially after Trump gave Putin the red carpet treatment. I'm really glad europe has stepped up

Something else thats really worth noting. Russia is not winning the war in ukraine. If any other country was in a war 3 and a half years after they said it would be over in 3 days and has lost over 1 million troops so far, would not be considered as winning
