So she had skin tightening. That’s nothing to do with weight loss.

If you choose not to believe that’s up to you and your negative view.

But I personally do believe her, and think she looks good for 56.

She claims she doesn’t weigh herself but even that sounds unlikely given most people obsess about every little ounce lost

Again, it’s not that unlikely. I rarely weigh myself, but know when I’ve lost weight.

So she claims she’s probably lost weight but doesn’t actually weigh herself ?

We are talking about a huge amount of weight here not a few ounces

It all sounds a bit sus to my mind


I would say she knows to the exact pound how much she’s lost !

…well, her focus seems to be in feeling great within herself both inside and out and many people can feel that’s best achieved without scales and weight monitoring…/…I know lots of people who have similar mindsets and also/like Karen…they look and feel fabulous…

Hey, can I ask how you are obtaining this high-quality digital images from way back there in the 1950s?

Let’s all be honest it’s a lot easier for people with money to achieve goals than someone trying to run a home/ work basically make time for themselves and it cost twice as much to eat healthy

She lost some weight great , personally from what I’ve seen of her on the tv she is not my cup of tea

That's fair enough.

I'm always grateful to her though, because she was the brain out of herself, Gold (RIP) and Sullivan at Blues.

I honestly think that Blues at the time or West Ham currently wouldn't have been in the Premier League for so long, if it weren't for Karen Brady's smart financial running of either club.
