If certain programmes...
Were on different channels do you think they would be treated differently, ratings wise?
Joey, for example. Channel 4 were meant to have it but five bought it. If it was on C4 do you think more people in England would have watched it? and the series Back to Reality, which wasn't all that bad. But it was seen as a 'cheap five programme'. But I think if it was on ITV it would have done better Thoughts? |
I totally agree.
You have to remember not everyone has five though. It's meant to be a terrestrial channel, but reception is patchy... |
Programmes on Five are always looked down on, I don't really know why? They don't help themselves by having some really crappy programmes on there late at night though, but they have had good programmes that have been largely ignored.
I reckon Joey coud have been successful, but it was ignored for the large part. Is it even still on? |

i love 5. Well only because Home and Away but anyways.

I wonder if there will be much of a change in ratings when Neighbours goes to channel 5.
|
They're showing Joey Season 2 now, I think.

That'd be intresting to see the ratings of Neighbours from BBC1 and then from five |
I think the ratings will rise maybe
|
the only think i watch on five is 'everybody hates chris'
thats it |
Yeah I know what you mean Chris like with Lost Channel 4 got it then they sold it to sky now Prison break is going the same way which annoys people. With neighbours i just hope thye dont put it on a silly time I would like either 5.30 like now or 6.30 at night
|
I'd imagine it will be before or after home and away.
|
Yeah i was thinking that too so thats ok with me ^_^
|
