Charley/Chanelle fans
 

Alot of people on here are either Charley fans or Chanelle fans and I cannot work out why people would love one and totally hate the other because they share very similar traits.
Alot of fans of one express their feelings on the other yet fail to see that same factor in the one they like.

Why do you think that is?

its probably because they are always arguing, people tend to take sides and stick by them.

They are not similsr at all. Charley argues and runs off at the mouth over anything it's her personality to live off arguements.........Chanelle throws a tantrum because of her insecurities. Otherwise she would not argue.

I like Chanelle. I think she is a graet girl.....Insecurities or not.......

Charley is annoying but I cannot say I dislike her...She would drive me up the wall but deep down there is a nice side to Charley. The left side I think.......:bigsmile:

I am a HUGE Charley fan, but I still like Chanelle so not all Charley fans hate Chanelle and vice versa.

I don't think they're similar at all. Charley is just a generally sour person always looking to pick fights with people. Whereas Chanelle, although having her own 'off days', is a much kinder and considerate person and certainly does not go around the house manipulating people and starting rows.

If Charley goes this week Noel, you'll have no favourites left in the house!

I cant stand either of them. They're both lunatics, Charleys just more open about it

The only certifiable lunatic in that house is Carole......Just look at her eyes when moaning.......Scary.......

charleys horrible and chanelles nice there are no similarities in them apart from they hate each other both fancy ziggy, both ae in the BB house and both are female!

I agree they both have the same vain, and insecure traits. But the difference to me is that, Charley has done everything she can, to have a decent relationship with Chanelle. From the beginning. But |Chanelle never tried, and was always worried that Ziggy likes Charley. And she resents her because of that. Its that simple to me, everything comes from that.

Believing that Charley has done everything she can takes a lot of imigination..:bigsmile:

I like both of them. Well, I may have difficulty listing Charley's 'qualities'. But I don't dislike her.

Someone please ring someone to turn down the sound in the diary room when Chanelle gets in there having a tantrum :yuk: They both do my head in.. if i'm honest. I know Charley will go Friday.. but I hope Chanelle is up asap!

I love Chanelle and don't like Charley at all. But I don't really tend to like people that people I like don't like.

Would the people saying they like charley still like her if they had to live with her? I feel sorry for the other housemates!

Living with Chanelle aint no picnic either. Tonight is a proof of that!

I like Dali. But I wouldn't have wanted to live with him. The BB hm's live in a little box in the corner of my living room. They only come out to play when I want them to.

Did you just compare Dali to charley in some way?! Now I've heard it all!
I would have lived with him over charley any day.

Also I could understand some of chanelles tantrums. If I had to live with charley, I'd be the same!

I think Chanelle and Charley are two fundamentally different types of people, but both have their qualities. On the whole, Charley is rash, at times aggressive in her demeanor and often brutally honest. Chanelle is calm, calculated and rarely gives anything away (for all her 'tantrums', I don't think we often hear Chanelle vent genuine frustrations, she tends to stick to a sugar coated version, in my opinion).

I wouldn't agree. If making a good relationship is meeting someone halfway, I'd say Charley went about 1/8th of the way whilst Chanelle didn't bother. It's not as if Charley was already at the halfway point, waiting for Chanelle to get her act together.
